By now, most of our everyday readers are very familiar with the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). It’s a portal that allows Americans to report adverse reactions to vaccines. It has been the topic of many stories here as it shows currently around 11,000 deaths following the so-called Covid “vaccines.”
A lawsuit that we covered yesterday laid down the bombshell that a CDC whistleblower claims the actual post-vaccine death estimates from the CDC are around 45,000. This bit of information dominated conversations regarding the lawsuit, but there was an important gem also described that needs as much attention, if not more.
According to the lawsuit, the V-Safe database has much more data about vaccine adverse reactions than VAERS. It’s a mobile app that allows the tens of millions of vaxxed in America to easily report adverse reactions. As their website notes, “Use your smartphone to tell CDC about any side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine. You’ll also get reminders if you need a second vaccine dose.”
With VAERS data, one must proactively find the database and fill out a long questionnaire for their information to be registered. This is one of the reasons experts estimate between 1%-10% sampling; in other words, whatever the number of reactions are reported on VAERS should be multiplied by 10-100 in order to get a more accurate picture.
V-Safe is the opposite. Instead of making it difficult to report, it makes it very easy. Instead of being challenging to find (doctors have been told not to refer their patients to VAERS if they have a reaction), it is proactive and actually sends push notifications to the vaccinated to inquire about their conditions. The CDC has built a vast repository of data that is smartphone-confirmed, meaning nobody’s sitting in their basement with a VPN making false reports. This is the most accurate recording of information about the adverse effects of Covid-19 vaccines.
And it’s locked away with cybersecurity protocols that would make the NSA sweat. Why?
The answer is obvious. They are very well aware that there are mountains of adverse reactions to the Covid-19 “vaccines” but if they reveal it, any of it, they will verify what countless doctors, scientists, and whistleblowers have been saying for month. They have a mission of injecting every American with the experimental drugs and any data that hurts their agenda is suppressed. It must be.

Federal Lawsuit Seeks Immediate Halt of COVID Vaccines, Cites Whistleblower Testimony Claiming CDC Is Under-Counting Vaccine Deaths
America’s Frontline Doctors filed a motion to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines for anyone under 18, anyone with natural immunity or anyone who hasn’t received informed consent.
America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a motion July 19, seeking immediate injunctive relief in Alabama Federal District Court to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines — Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) — for three groups of Americans.
According to a press release, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of experimental COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger, all those who have recovered from COVID and acquired natural immunity, and every other American who has not received informed consent as defined by federal law.
There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines.
There is “no serious or life-threatening disease or condition.”
Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.
Known and potential risks of the vaccine outweigh their known and potential benefits.
There are adequate, approved and available alternatives to vaccines.
Healthcare professionals and vaccine candidates are not adequately informed.
The authors of the motion attached a declaration by a whistleblower who came forward alleging deaths occurring within 72 hours of receiving a COVID vaccine are significantly under-reported in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) maintained by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
As of July 9, reported deaths in the VAERS totaled 10,991. Of those, 4,593 occurred within 72-hours of vaccination.
The whistleblower — a computer programmer who developed more than 100 distinct healthcare fraud algorithms, and who has expertise in healthcare data analytics that allows her to access Medicare and Medicaid data obtained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) — filed a sworn statement under penalty of perjury alleging the actual number of COVID vaccine-related deaths is closer to 45,000.
The whistleblower alleged that VAERS, while extremely useful, is under-reported by a conservative factor of at least five.
In her statement, she said:
“On July 9, 2021, there were 9,048 deaths reported in VAERS. I verified these numbers by collating all of the data from VAERS myself, not relying on a third party to report them. In tandem, I queried data from CMS medical claims with regard to vaccines and patient deaths, and have assessed that the deaths occurring within 3 days of vaccination are higher than those reported in VAERS by a factor of at least 5. This would indicate the true number of vaccine-related deaths was at least 45,000. Put in perspective, the swine flu vaccine was taken off the market which only resulted in 53 deaths.”
AFLDS said the findings were shocking, and informed consent is impossible when safety data is not accurate.
In a press release, AFLDS said:
“It is unlawful and unconstitutional to administer experimental agents to individuals who cannot make an informed decision as to the true benefits and risks to the vaccine on an independent basis. They must be of an age or a capacity to make informed decisions and have been provided with all of the risk/benefit information necessary to make an informed decision.”
One of the named plaintiffs, Deborah Sobczak, the mother of a 15- and 17-year-old, said in the press release:
“My child will not be the subject of an experiment. What kind of monsters are we allowing to control us? Perfectly healthy children have developed heart inflammation, brain bleeding and even died! I have had enough. I am not sacrificing my child so a pharmaceutical company can experiment on her. This madness has to stop.”
There is no emergency warranting EUA of COVID vaccines, plaintiffs allege
According to the complaint, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) secretary, named as one of the defendants in the lawsuit, declared on Feb. 4, 2020, pursuant to § 360bbb–3(b)(1)(C), that SARS-CoV-2 created a “public health emergency.”
This initial emergency declaration has been renewed repeatedly and remains in force today — a necessary legal prerequisite for the issuance of vaccine EUAs, the complaint states. EUA allowed the mass use of the vaccines by the American public before the completion of the standard regimen of clinical trials and FDA approval.
The land Down Under appears to be reverting back to its original status as a penal colony as government officials, looking more like prison wardens than any servants of the people, clamp down on demonstrators weary of more Covid lockdowns.
A heavy police presence in the major Australian cities on the weekend didn’t stopped thousands of protesters from taking to the streets in what many saw as a last-ditch effort to protect their severely threatened liberties and freedoms.
The protests came after New South Wales announced its second extended lockdown, which puts Sydney’s 5 million residents under strict curfew conditions until mid-September. The wait will seem all the more excruciating, however, as rumors are flying that the shelter in place orders may be extended all the way until January.
Meanwhile in Melbourne, Australia’s second largest city behind Sydney, citizens face similar restrictions, which mean that – aside from going shopping within a designated radius from their homes, exercising for an hour a day outdoors, and going to work so long as they are engaged in “essential employment” – have essentially become prisoners inside of their own homes.
At this point in Australia’s history, the only thing that remains certain is the uncertainty, which makes the lockdowns all the more unbearable.
Images from Australia’s two major cities on Saturday showed powder keg conditions as demonstrators squared off against police, who responded with batons, pepper spray and mass arrests (It will interesting to see if Big Media describes the police actions against the lockdown protesters in the same compassionate way it described the actions taken against Australia’s very own Black Lives Matter protests around the same time last year. As the Guardian sympathetically reported: “At least 20,000 attended the Sydney [BLM] march which passed off peacefully, except for ugly scenes when police officers used pepper spray on protesters who had flowed into Central station after the rally finished.” It will be advisable not to hold your breath). In live footage obtained by Facebook user ‘Real Rukshan,’ large groups of police are seen confronting individual citizens, seemingly guilty of nothing else aside from just being there.
In one scene (at the 2:10 marker), an elderly man who appears to be leaving a Starbuck’s coffee shop is surrounded by no less than five police officers, who proceed to handcuff the man and, presumably, take him to prison. In another scene (at the 0:30 mark), two men are seen standing in front of the Bank of Melbourne confronted by six officers. In front of them on the street are four mounted officers astride anxious horses. The feeling conjured up in these incidences is the same: authoritarian police-state overkill.
Given the massive police presence amid the steady deterioration of basic human rights a person might get the impression that Australia is really dealing with an existential crisis. While that may be true with regards to obesity, drug abuse and homelessness, it seems to be a real exaggeration when it comes to Covid-19. After all, while evidence of the above mentioned scourges is visible everywhere in the country, the only place the coronavirus seems to exist in Australia is on the nightly news channels (which, by the way, have done a very poor job of keeping their audiences up to date on latest developments. Sources in New Zealand, for example, have informed that the media there has largely ignored the story of anti-lockdown protests happening just across the Tasman Sea).
For example, New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian, in an effort to portray the pandemic as enemy number one, expressed from the boob tube her “deepest, deepest sympathies” to the families of three people who died overnight from/with the coronavirus. Who were these fatalities? The public was not informed of their identities, but Berejiklian described them as “a man in his 80s, and a man in his 90s, and a female in her 90s.”
It’s just a hunch, but could the comorbidity in each of those “tragic” cases have been that silent killer popularly known as ripe old age? Yes, every life is precious and worth saving, but is Australian officialdom secretly shooting for absolute immortality among the population and not just prevention? That would certainly be the height of irony if true considering that the effort is killing just about everyone. In fact, it seems that the real pandemic attacking the Australian people is government-sponsored fear.
Meanwhile, Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews added insult to injury when he commanded from his bully pulpit that citizens, now deprived of their favorite drinking holes to while away the jobless hours, were forbidden from removing their masks to drink alcohol in the great outdoors. As to whether the consumption of a non-alcoholic beverage outdoors would also fall within the tight confines of the mask regime, dear leader did not say. However, the answer seems pretty clear since the state is actually using police helicopters to shoo away sunbathers from the nation’s many famous beaches.
All of this insanity has befallen the people Down Under after the continent has witnessed the barest uptick of Covid cases. In the state of New South Wales, for example, where Sydney is located, there were just 825 acquired infections reported on Saturday, an increase from the 644 the day prior. In the state of Victoria, home to Melbourne, the situation appears even less worrying, with just 61 cases reported as of Saturday. These low infection rates, taken together with a high level of public skepticism with regards to the safety of the Covid vaccines, translates into just 29 percent of the population opting to be jabbed to date.
So as the petty tyrants Down Under seem more concerned with getting every single Australian citizen the Big Pharma jab – together with the lifetime of booster shots and lockdowns that will certainly follow – the populace is more concerned about how to save their collective health, sanity and jobs. That’s no easy task when the police give a hard time even to people who are found to be walking their dogs without a face mask on. These days even man’s best friend seems to have it better than the people struggling to survive Down Under.

The murder of Haiti’s President Moise seems to be something out of a novel. It has the intrigue of a Fredrick Forsyth novel and the complexity of an Agatha Christie murder. It has Americans, Columbians, and Venezuelans involved. It has mercenaries trained by the US military and informants who worked for the FBI and DEA. It has Canadian security personnel. But the one thing it doesn’t have is an answer to the mystery of who was behind the plot. __
Mr Moïse, 53, was shot dead inside his home in the Pelerin 5 neighbourhood, in the hills above Port au Prince. Police say the murder happened at 01:00 local time (05:00 GMT) on 7 July.
The president was shot 12 times and had bullet wounds to his forehead and several to his torso.
His left eye had been gouged out and bones in his arm and in his ankle had been broken, according to one of the judges conducting the investigation.
He died at the scene and was found lying on the floor on his back, his shirt soaked in blood.
The First Lady, Martine Moïse, was also shot but survived. She has been airlifted to Florida, in the US, and is said to be in a stable condition.
How did the assailants gain access?
Video footage, not independently verified but thought to have been taken by residents, shows armed men dressed in black arriving in several vehicles.
A man, thought to be a security guard, appears to have been forced to lie face down in the street while another man can be heard shouting in English over a loudspeaker, "DEA [US Drug Enforcement Administration} operation, everybody stay down!"
Haiti's ambassador to the US, Bocchit Edmond, said that while the attackers had disguised themselves as US drug agents, he believed there was "no way" they really were US agents.
Officials say that the ground between the property's gatehouse and the residence was littered with cartridge cases, indicating that multiple shots were fired.
Yet the only people injured by bullets were the president and his wife, a fact which has raised questions about the possible complicity of the president's guards.
One Haitian official, Bed-Ford Claude, said he had told police to "interview all security agents close to President Jovenel Moïse". "If you're in charge of the president's security, where were you?" he asked. "What did you do to avoid this fate for the president?"
The president's two top security officials have been summoned to appear at hearings scheduled for 13 and 14 July.
How did the assailants flee the scene?
The group seems to have met with little or no resistance inside the residence or during their initial getaway.
Two domestic staff where tied up and the presidential couple's adult daughter, Jomarlie Moïse, hid in her brother's bedroom and was unhurt. She and her two brothers - who were not in the residence at the time of the attack - are in "safe locations", according to officials.

The timeline immediately after the assassination is not very clear.
Haiti's police chief announced some 24 hours after Mr Moïse's assassination that a fierce gun battle was under way in the Pelerin neighbourhood.
"We blocked [the suspects] en route as they left the scene of the crime. Since then, we have been battling them," said Chief Léon Charles.
Some of the suspects were reportedly tracked down to a house nearby, which was then surrounded by police, and where the gun battle the police chief referred to is believed to have taken place.
A group of 11 fled to Taiwan's diplomatic compound in Port-au-Prince, according to a statement by Taiwanese officials. They were arrested "without problems".
Two suspects who were hiding in a ravine were caught by civilians who had joined in the search.
The body of one alleged gunman was found on the roof of a home, where he had bled to death while hiding. Two more suspects were found dead very close to the president's residence.
Who are the suspects?
Haitian police say there are:
28 suspects in total, of which
20 have been apprehended
3 have been killed
5 remain at large
Police Chief Charles said 26 of the suspects were Colombian and the other two were Haitian Americans.
An investigating judge said the two Haitian Americans had told interrogators they had been hired as interpreters on the internet.
The two allege that they did not know there was a plan afoot to kill the president, but believed they were to act as interpreters as he was arrested. Haiti's official languages are Creole and French, while the Colombian suspects speak Spanish.
Mr Charles said one of them had been given what the suspect believed was an arrest warrant for the president.
Most of the Colombian detainees have been identified as former soldiers, including a lieutenant-colonel.
Haitian police paraded them before the media.

Family members told Colombian media their loved ones had told them that they had been hired "to provide security" in Haiti.
After retiring from the army, many Colombian soldiers go on to work for security firms abroad, mainly in the United Arab Emirates, where they are valued for their training and experience in fighting armed groups.

What we do know is that last Wednesday, a team of gunmen had broken into the president’s residence, yelling” DEA” (The American Drug Enforcement Agency). They quickly found his bedroom and riddled his body with bullets.
How they got into the presidential grounds without wounding or killing the guards is a mystery and leads one to believe that this was either an inside job or had someone helping on the inside.
The Haitian police quickly started to chase them and within a day, most of the suspects were either caught or dead. As of this writing, only three suspects are at large.

The mystery man at the center of this while plot is a Haitian who has lived in the US for two decades. He is Dr. Christian Emmanuel, Sanon. Sanon had expressed a desire to become president in the past, although he has no political experience. He had made it clear that he was an anti-corruption person, which would pose a problem in a country that thrives on corruption. People who know him in Florida call him very honest and upright – rarely a description for someone plotting an assassination.
In June, Sanon flew into Haiti in a private plane, with a bodyguard that he had secured from CTU Security, a Florida based security firm owned by a Venezuelan national. Dr. Sanon then started to contact influential Haitian people.
Here is where the first mystery comes.
Sanon had filed for bankruptcy in 2013. Where did he get the money to hire bodyguards and fly to Haiti? Security firms do not provide credit and require money ahead of time. There are too many problems with collecting their money when a person is in another country.
Bodyguards are also expensive in nations with civil unrest. American bodyguards with military Special Forces experience can cost $20,000 per person, a month.
Then, there was the fact that he was unknown in the political or Florida expat community. If he were expected to rally support after the assassination of the president, he wouldn’t be the one to inspire the population.
Obviously, Sanon was a front man. But who was he fronting for? And was he a gullible person who wasn’t aware he was merely a front for someone else?
If Sanon was acting as a front for someone else, chances are that the people behind this whole operation are unsavory.
The most likely benefactor would be the one to take control after the assassination. However, there is a problem. There are three potential leaders of Haiti, but none of them are constitutionally able to claim the leadership of the nation.
Of course, President Moise wasn’t totally legitimate as his term of office ended last February.
The fact is that the Haitian government is a basket case more like Somalia.
Here are the three with the biggest claim to the presidency:
There is the Interim Prime Minister, Claude Joseph, who could legally take over the presidency, except he was never confirmed by the Haitian Senate (which lacks a quorum anyway). He does control the military and police. He is also recognized as the legitimate leader by Canada, the European nations, and the US.
However, his position as PM was to end next week and Ariel Henry was to become the PM. However, he was not confirmed by the Haitian Senate either. If Moise had died next week, he would be the logical leader.
Then there is Senate Leader Joseph Lambert (If there was a Senate – which there is not as only 10 of 30 seats are occupied). A group of well-known politicians have recommended he become interim president.
And, to confuse it more, the opposition parties are calling for the creation of the “Independent Moral Authority,” which would make the choice.
All three of the potential leaders have met with the US delegation, but it appears that Claude Joseph remains the favorite.
One could argue the Claude Joseph would be the likely candidate for the instigator of the murder since he was scheduled to leave as PM next week and the murder keeps him in power. However, that does not hold water because Joseph was only chosen as interim PM in April and the coup attempt was already in motion as some of the coup mercenaries were already stationed in Haiti six months ago.
Of course, if Henry or Lambert had chosen to carry out a coup, they would have assembled a team larger than the 30 or so mercenaries because they would be expected to face off with the military and police after the assassination.
The Team
A better idea of the culprit behind the assassination may be gained by looking at the team of mercenaries.
The bulk of the team was former Columbian soldiers who, in some cases, had military training in the US. However, although the US Army has admitted that they trained them, they declined to say what training they participated in. At this time, there is no evidence that these soldiers had any special forces training.
But there are others with interesting back stories.
There was a man named Salagas who had provided entertainer Sean Penn security for his aid organization. It also appears that he spent some time as security for the Canadian Embassy in Port au Prince. The Canadians have said that he was only temporary security for an event.
Salagas, who was captured by the Haitian police claims that the plan was to arrest President Moise, not kill him.
There are also stories that the two Americans were informants for the US Government (FBI and DEA). This is not an indication of their goof character as federal informants are usually criminals who are receiving money or leniency and as untrustworthy as the criminals they are informing on.
It is interesting that one was a DEA informant as the raiding party of mercenaries called out that they were DEA agents to keep the presidential guards from returning fire. This may have been done to imply that the US government was complicit in any assassination.
There are three suspects still at large. One is a former Haitian senator, John Joseph, who opposed the party that President Moise belonged to.
Another fugitive is Joseph Bando, who once worked for the Haitian Ministry of Justice’s anti-corruption unit. He was fired in 2013 for being corrupt.
The suspect that has familiarity with the DEA is a felon with a conviction for cocaine smuggling. He is probably the DEA informant. The man is Rodolphe “Whiskey” Jarr. He plead guilty in 2013 to smuggling cocaine from Columbia and Venezuela, through Haiti to the US. Haiti is a popular cocaine smuggling route because the customs officers are easily bribable. During his sentencing in 2015, Jarr told the judge that he had been a DEA informant.
Frequently the cocaine goes from Haiti to Porto Rico, which is a soft entry into the US. In fact, Haiti is a key cocaine smuggling station for drugs coming from Columbian and Venezuela.
This suggests the probable killers of the Haitian president. The South American drug cartels have the cash to create a team of mercenaries and they would have a financial interest in who runs the country, especially if they are determined to stamp out drug traffic.
This also explains the team of Columbian mercenaries, hired through a security company owned by a Venezuelan national.
Stepping back, we see Columbians and a Venezuelan national. We also see a convicted drug smuggler and a former corrupt policeman. These all indicate drug cartel involvement.
It may also explain the arrest of Dr. Sanon. He has accused the current leadership of being corrupt – which would not endear himself to the drug cartels or the Haitian government.
Although there may be more intriguing theories about the assassination of President Moise, it appears that the South American drug cartels wanted to ensure that Haiti would remain a key and profitable part of America’s illegal drug industry and they might have some accomplices in US.
